Plymouth

Introduced in New York at Madison Square Garden in 1928, Plymouth was Chrysler's way of entry into the low priced automotive market. Starting in 1930 Plymouth was sold across all Chrysler automotive groups i.e. Chrysler, DeSoto and Dodge. In 1931 Plymouths was Chryslers bright spot as it rose to the number three spot among all automotive companies. Unfortunately, in 2001 much like many automotive manufacturers that have experienced financial difficulties and restructuring, Chrysler was forced to Phase out the Plymouth line of vehicles.
